The Defence of the Realm (Acquisition of Land) Act 1916 (c. 63) S

22 S In section 15 of the Defence of the Realm (Acquisition of Land) Act 1916 (application to Scotland), at the end there shall be added the following paragraph—

“(d) for references to “highway” and “street” there shall be substituted references to a road within the meaning of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984.”.
