76 Notice to quit relating to later Part VII contracts.S
(1)This section applies to Part VII contracts entered into on or after 1st December 1980.
(2)Where this section applies, section 71 to 75 above shall not apply, but in any proceedings for possession the [F1First-tier Tribunal may] postpone the date of possession for a period, which shall not exceed three months.
(3)A postponement under subsection (2) above may be made subject to such conditions regarding payment of outstanding rent or other conditions as the [F2Tribunal] thinks fit.
