90In Schedule 7 (transitional provisions and savings)—
(a)in paragraph 6 for the words " 76(3)" and " varied " there shall be substituted respectively the words " 76A(1) " and " fixed " ; and
(b)paragraphs 8 and 9 shall cease to have effect
