A person guilty of an offence under this Act shall be liable on summary conviction—
(a)in the case of an offence under section 1(2) [F1or 1A(2)], to a fine not exceeding level 4 on the standard scale,
(b)in the case of an offence under section 1(3) [F2, 1A(3)], 2(1) [F2, 2A(1)], 3(10) [F2, 5B(2), 5C(3), 5D(2)] or 6(2), to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or both, . . . F3
(c)in the case of an offence under section 1(4) [F4, 1A(4)] or 2(2), to a fine not exceeding level 2 on the standard scale.
[F5(d)in the case of an offence under section 5B(3), 5C(4) or 5D(3), to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale, and
(e)in the case of an offence under section 5C(5), to a fine not exceeding level 1 on the standard scale.]
