F1Sch. 9: by virtue of S.I. 1991/2705, regs. 5(1), 9, Pts. I and II of Sch. 9 have formed (2.12.1991) a new Schedule numbered Schedule 9A.
F24The information required by paragraphs 17 and 20 to 22 of Schedule 4A (minority interests and associated undertakings) to be shown under separate items in the formats set out in Part I of Schedule 4 shall be shown separately in the balance sheet and profit and loss account under appropriate headings.
