There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Insolvency Act 1985, Cross Heading: Parliamentary disqualification.
6(1)In Part III of Schedule 1 to the M1House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (disqualifying offices), there shall be inserted at the appropriate place the following entry—U.K.
“Any member of the Insolvency Practitioners Tribunal in receipt of remuneration.”
(2)A corresponding amendment shall be made in Part III of Schedule 1 to the M2Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 1975.
