14E+W+SAt the end of section 5(6) of the Local Authority Social Services Act 1970 (definition of “disqualified” in relation to membership of a social services committee) there shall be inserted the words “or under section 74 of the Transport Act 1985 (disabilities of directors of public transport companies)”.
