The Land Drainage Act 1976
25In section 112(2)(a) of the [1976 c. 70.] Land Drainage Act 1976 (protection of nationalised undertakings etc.), for the words " the British Gas Corporation " there shall be substituted the words "any public gas supplier within the meaning of Part I of the Gas Act 1986".
