21[F1Section 10 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992] (reasons to be given for decisions of tribunals etc.) shall apply in relation to the award of an arbitrator appointed under this Schedule by agreement between the parties as it applies in relation to the award of an arbitrator appointed under this Schedule otherwise than by such agreement.
