Registration with existing authorities U.K.

5 U.K. A building society which, at the commencement date for section 5, was registered under the M1 Building Societies Act (Northern Ireland) 1967 or registered or deemed to be registered in Northern Ireland under the enactments repealed by that Act shall be treated, for the purposes of this Act, as registered with the central office immediately before the commencement of that section.
