[F126 Recognition: special Scottish rule.S
F2(1)An order relating to parental responsibilities or parental rights in relation to a child which is made outside the United Kingdom shall be recognised in Scotland if the order was made in the country where the child was habitually resident.]
[F3(2)Subsection (1) above shall not apply to an order as regards which provision as to recognition is made by [F4Articles 21 to 27, 41(1) and 42(1)] of the Council Regulation.]
