Chapter III S Jurisdiction of Courts in Scotland

8 Jurisdiction in independent proceedings. S

A court in Scotland may entertain an application for a [F1 Part I order] otherwise than in matrimonial [F2 or civil partnership] proceedings only if it has jurisdiction under section 9, 10, 12 or 15(2) of this Act.
