SCHEDULE 16 Consequential Amendments

1 In section 22 of the [1960 c. 58.] Charities Act 1960—

(a) subsection (10) shall be omitted ; and

(b) in subsection (11) for the words "Subsections (9) and (10)" there shall be substituted the words "Subsection (9)".
