SCHEDULE 16 Consequential Amendments

13 In section 3(5) of the [1977 c. 3.] Aircraft and Shipbuilding Industries Act 1977 the words "Sections 428 to 430 of the Companies Act 1985 and" shall be omitted and for the words " those sections " there shall be substituted the words " that section ".
