29In section 19(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972 (operations and changes of use not amounting to development), in paragraph (f) (use of same prescribed class as existing use) for " the use thereof" substitute " the use of the buildings or other land or, subject to the provisions of the order, of any part thereof ".
