102 Procedure; and application of s.103(1) of Rent (Scotland) Act 1984. S

Any application made to the sheriff under this Part shall be made by way of summary application and the provisions of section 103(1) of the M1 Rent (Scotland) Act 1984 shall apply to any such application as they apply to an application made under any of the provisions referred to in subsection (2) of that section.
