46 Entertainment licences: fees for variation.E+W
In Schedule 1 to the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 (licensing of certain public entertainments), after paragraph 16, there shall be inserted the following paragraph—
“16AAn applicant for the variation of the terms, conditions or restrictions on or subject to which an entertainments licence is held shall pay a reasonable fee determined by the appropriate authority.”
