SCHEDULE 1 British Coal Corporation: Consequential Amendments

The [1973 c. 8.] Coal Industry Act 1973

21 (1) In sections 2(2) and 10 of the Coal Industry Act 1973 for the word “Board” there shall be substituted the words “British Coal Corporation”.

(2) In section 2(3) to (7) of that Act for the word “Board” there shall be substituted the word “Corporation”.
