30 (1) In section 2 of the National Coal Board (Finance) Act 1976 for the words “Board” and “Board’s” wherever they occur there shall be substituted respectively the words “Corporation” and “Corporation’s”. U.K.

(2) In section 4(2) of that Act for the definition of “the Board” there shall be substituted—

““the Corporation” means the British Coal Corporation”.
