Disapplication of enactments in the case of the Concessionaires and through service operators U.K.

2 U.K. [F1 Section] 4 (duty of railway company to make returns of overtime worked by certain employees) F2 . . . of the M1 Regulation of Railways Act 1889 and the M2 Railway Companies (Accounts and Returns) Act 1911 shall not apply to the Concessionaires or to any through service operator.
