12The Treasury may by order amend this Schedule for any or all of the following purposes, that is to say—
(a)to make such modifications of paragraphs [F13 to 5] above as they may consider expedient;
(b)to substitute different sums for the sums of money for the time being specified in paragraphs 7(2) and 8(1) above.
