SCHEDULE 3 E+W CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

The Juries Act 1974 (c.23) E+W

16 (1) In subsection (2) of section 19 of the Juries Act 1974, for the words “the Coroners Act 1887, as amended by this Act” there shall be substituted the words “ the Coroners Act 1988 ”. E+W

(2) In subsection (5) of that section for the words “the Coroners Act 1887” there shall be substituted the words “ the Coroners Act 1988 ”.
