63 At the end of subsection (1)(b) of section 61 of the Justices of the Peace Act 1979 (application of fines and fees) there shall be added the words “and sums paid into court in pursuance of orders under section 35 of the M1 Powers of Criminal Courts Act 1973 (compensation orders)".
