82U.K.In section 18(4A) of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982 (exception from provisions regulating the enforcement of UK judgments in other parts of the United Kingdom in respect of the enforcement in Scotland of High Court orders made under the M1Drug Trafficking Offences Act 1986), after “1986" there shall be inserted the words “or Part VI of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (confiscation of the proceeds of offences)".
