The [1973 c. 35.] Employment Agencies Act 1973
11In section 13 of the Employment Agencies Act 1973, the following paragraph shall be inserted in subsection (7) (cases in which Act does not apply) after paragraph (f)—
“(ff)the exercise by the Broads Authority of any of its functions;”.
