90In section 40(2) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 (nuisance and disturbance on educational premises) for paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“(b)of an institution which is maintained by a local education authority and provides higher education or further education (or both);”.
