Local Government Finance Act 1988, Paragraph 15 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 01 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
15E+WRegulations under paragraph 4 above may include—
(a)provision applying enactments relating to arbitration;
(b)provision that an award in an arbitration may include any order a [F1valuation tribunal] could have made in the matter concerned;
(c)provision requiring the carrying out of an order so included.
