Local Government Finance Act 1988

[[F1 15 E+W Regulations under [F2 paragraph A3 or paragraph 4] above may include—

(a) provision applying enactments relating to arbitration;

(b) provision that an award in an arbitration may include any order a [F3 valuation tribunal] could have made in the matter concerned;

(c) provision requiring the carrying out of an order so included.]]
