Local Government Finance Act 1988, Paragraph 40 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 08 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
40E+W+SIn section 2(2) of the International Organisations Act 1968 after paragraph (a) there shall be inserted—
“(aa)the like exemption or relief from being subject to a community charge, or being liable to pay anything in respect of a community charge or anything by way of contribution in respect of a collective community charge, as in accordance with that Article is accorded to a diplomatic agent, and”.
