11In section 16 (general power to remove committee member), in subsection(4) for the words from “order to the High Court” onwards there shall be substituted “order,—
(a)if it is an order of the Housing Corporation or Housing for Wales, to the High Court, and
(b)if it is an order of Scottish Homes, to the Court of Session.”
