Part I E+W+S Amendments of Part I with Respect to the Housing Corporation, Housing for Wales and Scottish Homes

[F1 15 In section 21 (amalgamation and dissolution under the 1965 Act), in subsection (6) for the words from “are to an order” onwards there shall be substituted “are,—

(a) in the case of the Housing Corporation or Housing for Wales, to consent given by order under the seal of the Corporation; and

(b) in the case of Scottish Homes, to consent given in writing.”]
