8 E+W+S In section 9(1)(d) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1983 (disclosure of information for the purpose of enabling a water authority to carry out their functions), for the words “a water authority to carry out any of their” there shall be substituted the words “the National Rivers Authority to carry out any of its”.
