Part I E+W+S Provisions and Savings for Part I of Act

16 E+W+S In this Part of this Schedule “the Electricity Acts” means—

(a) the Electricity Acts 1947 to 1961 and the M1 Electricity (Scotland) Act 1979; and

(b) such of the provisions of the M2 Energy Act 1976 and the M3 Energy Act 1983 as are repealed by this Act;

and expressions which are used in Part I of this Act have the same meanings as in that Part.
