11 (1) Section 55 (functions of employment medical advisory service) shall be amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1)(a), omit “, the Training Commission”.

(3) In subsection (6)(b), for “Commissions there mentioned” substitute “ Health and Safety Commission ”.
