1In this Part of this Schedule a “terrorist investigation” means any investigation to which section 17(1) of this Act applies and “items subject to legal privilege”, “excluded material” and “special procedure material” have the meanings given in sections 10 to 14 of the M1Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984.
