47U.K.In paragraph 5(a) of Schedule 5 to the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982 (maintenance and similar payments excluded from Schedule 4 to that Act) for the words “section 47 or 51 of the Child Care Act 1980" there shall be substituted “ paragraph 23 of Schedule 2 to the Children Act 1989" ”.
