58 E+W In section 372 (power of local housing authority to require execution of works to remedy neglect of management), in subsection (1)—

(a) the words from “to which” to “management code)” in the first place where they occur, and

(b) paragraph (b) and the word “or” immediately preceding it,

shall be omitted.
