188 Repeal of s. 2 of the Education (Grants and Awards) Act 1984.E+W
Section 2 of the M1Education (Grants and Awards) Act 1984 (limit on expenditure approved for grant purposes) shall not apply in relation to any expenditure approved for the financial year beginning with 1st April 1990 or any subsequent financial year.
