19 E+W+S In section 23(4) of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976 (application for new licence), for the words “section 13 of the M1 Food and Drugs (Scotland) Act 1956” there shall be substituted “ section 16 of the Food Safety Act 1990 ”.
