41 Power to require returns.E+W+S
[F1(1)]Every food authority shall send to [F2the Secretary of State][F3or to the Food Standards Agency]such reports and returns, and give him [F4or it] such information, with respect to the exercise of the functions conferred on them by or under this Act as he [F4or it] may require.
