3In section 11 of the Deer Act 1963 (power to grant licences), after subsection (2) there shall be inserted—
“(3)In this section “the Nature Conservancy Council” means in relation to the doing of an act in Wales, the Countryside Council for Wales and in relation to the doing of an act in England, the Nature Conservancy Council for England”.
