Import and Export Control Act 1990 (c. 45)

1 Repeal of s.9(3) of 1939 Act. U.K.

Section 9(3) of the M1 Import, Export and Customs Powers (Defence) Act 1939 (which provides for the expiry of that Act when the emergency which was the occasion for its passing is declared by Order in Council to have come to an end) is hereby repealed.
