SCHEDULE 2 E+W Procedure in Connection with Toll Orders

Making of objections E+W

5 (1) A person who objects to the making or confirmation of a toll order shall include in the notice of objection a statement of the grounds of objection. E+W

(2) If that is not done, the Secretary of State may disregard the objection.
