38E+W+SIn section 31 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (byelaws with respect to roads used as playgrounds), in subsection (1), for the words from “by a local authority” to “have power to” substitute “ under section 29 of this Act, the local traffic authority may ”.
