Parking places E+W+S

39 E+W+S In section 32 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (power of local authorities to provide parking places), in subsection (4)(a) (meaning of “local authority”) for “the local roads authority” substitute “ a regional or islands council ”.
