26 Status of development plans. E+W

At the end of Part II of the principal Act there is inserted—

“Chapter III E+W General

54A Status of development plans.

Where, in making any determination under the planning Acts, regard is to be had to the development plan, the determination shall be made in accordance with the plan unless material considerations indicate otherwise”.
