SCHEDULE 2 E+W+S Amendment of Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988

Commencement Information

I1 Sch. 2 wholly in force at 1.7.1992 see s. 84 and S.I. 1992/1286, art. 2, Sch.

13 E+W+S After the entry relating to section 22 of that Act there shall be inserted—

“RTA section 22A.	Causing danger to road-users.	(a) Summarily.	(a) 6 months or the statutory maximum or both.
		On indictment.	(b) 7 years or a fine or both.”
