40E+WIn section 16 of the Coroners Act 1988 (adjournment of inquest in certain cases) in subsection (1)(a)(ii) for the words from “section” to “driving)” there shall be substituted the words “ section 1 or 3A of the Road Traffic Act 1988 (dangerous driving or careless driving when under the influence of drink or drugs) ”.
