37E+W+SIn paragraph 13 of Schedule 9 to that Act (consent of Secretary of State before local authority make certain orders), after sub-paragraph (1)(d)(ii) there shall be inserted—
“(iii)a provision imposing a prohibition by virtue of paragraph (b) or (c) of that subsection, or”.
