The Road Traffic Act 1988 (c.52) E+W+S

51 E+W+S In section 44(1) of that Act (authorisation of use on roads of special vehicles not complying with regulations under section 41) for the words from “and nothing” to “prevent” there shall be substituted the words “ and sections 40A to 42 of this Act shall not apply in relation to ”.
